In Feb I made an online purchase with o2 for a new Samsung S24 and paid £780 upfront, the next day I found a better deal with Samsung directly. I called o2 & was advised to refuse the delivery from o2, which I did, The device was returned to o2 and on 29th Feb I was told by o2 that my £780 refund was approved and would be paid within 7 - 10 working days. Well 5 months later and after calling every 7 - 10 days and speaking to people from India/Philippines/Liverpool etc and sending numerous emails to customer complaints, guess what still nothing. No one ever calls me back or replies to my emails and all I get is "ooh you must be really annoyed" Just bloody slightly!! Resolver was useless & communications Ombudsman will take another 4-6 months. Anybody got any ideas what I can do?

@Tim17

Seek legal advice or write to the newspapers which seems to be the only way to get O2 engaged these days.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
