Hi can someone tell me if I have to pay a upfront fee if I'm upgrading please.

@Anonymousif you look in the shop at the device you want... it will tell you the upfront fee for each phone https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Some customers also have to pay a further deposit ...depending on your credit rating

@Anonymous It will be depending on whether the phone & tariff you want requires it but usually yes you have to pay upfront
