I have ordered an iPad last Friday, got all the emails, Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.

We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure
you are), keep an eye on your inbox for news of its progress and delivery, went on we chat only to be told that it’s gone to credit check, if that’s the case why have I been sent an email which sounds like I’ve passed the credit checks and why is my upfront fee still pending in my bank account?

You need to call O2 

You can use Skype to call.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
