Upfront cost

I applied for a pay monthly phone but got declined. Paid an upfront cost Through my PayPal account and the money was taken from my account! £150!! I still haven’t had the money back. How long will it take?

So basically it’ll take 7 days? I’ve been trying to call and had no luck, I’ve emailed several times and heard nothing back either.

Keep trying to call and there is no emails address for customer service, sorry.

It might be that the money has not left your account @Diane1Hatton but is reserved.
Once your bank has been told that the transaction was not completed it will un-reserve the money and will show in your balance again.
