Updating phone and number on PAYG

I am new to this o2 community although have had an o2 account for a long time.  I am trying to update my information ie new phone and new number but it will not allow me to for some reason.    Any ideas please.. thx

Good Morning and welcome to the Community Forum,

 

Go into your My02 and hit the link to go to your account.

 

Down the list is 'my phone' where you can choose the phone your using.

 

If your still having issues then contact 02 from your mobile phone to update your info.

 

Contract : 202

PAYG      : 4445
