Hi,

In February I made changes to my contract. I paid by direct debit 46£, now it's less, do you do this automatically or should I do something, because when checking "bill" it shows me -5£. Don't want to be underpaid.

-£5 means you are in credit.

Your next direct debit will be adjusted automatically so less will be taken from your bank account.
