I went abroad last year and couldn't tell my family I'd landed because I'd switched from an iphone to android and my O2 account was set up for the iphone still. Is there anywhere I can change my device without taking up the time of a support agent? I've again switched back from iphone to android; pretty sure I've made up my mind now hehe.

You need to call to get them to put the iData bolt on on your contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
