Yesterday Wednesday June the 7th I had activated a bundle I didn't ask in any way.
I'm not in Uk, actually so can't even use it.
Would you please give me deducted money back, asap?
I need credit for other purposes.

I think @Anonymous is aware of this. The point is he had such a tariff but it has been changed without his permission.
However the advice is correct, only customer service can change the tariff and refund the credit.
