I have four unwanted charges on my bill from Red27 Mobile Ltd.  Anyone know how i stop these from coming out?

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

Veritas Numquam Perit

@Roisin32 We've had a few complaints about this company recently at Payforitsucks. You should insist not just on a refund of the charges, but an explanation of how you came to be "subscribed".

 

You may also wish to add to the overwhelmingly negative reviews of these scam artists on Trustpilot.

You should also report you experience to the regulator - the Phone-paid Services Authority.

It is unfortunate that O2 is continuing to allow companies like this to access customers accounts. Ask O2 to put a "charge to mobile" bar on your account to avoid this type of fraud in the future.
