I arrived in Cape Town on the 25 Feb still stuck because there are no flights back to UK. In the meantime I'm still being charged, for a service I'm not using. Can I suspend my service until I go home? How do I that, when the online chat is not available at the moment. I'm using a different sim too. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanx
No, you cannot suspend your contract. Just leave phone turned off so you just have to pay your basic tariff rather than incurring roaming charges.
