Unusable iPhone 7

Dear Sirs, We have been trying for last couple of days to report a fault in our son's iPhone 7, the phone will not charge. We have tried via my MyO2 App, Customer Support line, Facebook and O2 My are, all to no avail. Can someone from O2 please respond?

No one from O2 here, sorry.

It's very busy right so but please do keep trying Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I was redirected via a link on a auto-reply from O2 MyCar. Re contacting Apple our contract is with O2 and it is O2 that collect the exorbitant monthly phone cost.
