I refer to your email and text message of 13th February entitled “We’ve made the change you requested”. I have not requested any changes to my contract with O2.

In both your email and text your refer to my “supercharged benefits with Virgin Media”. I am not a Virgin Media mobile phone customer, nor ever have been.

I also refer to your text message of 12th February confirming my order no (REMOVED) I have not placed any order with you.

Presumably you have Virgin broadband and tv at home?

This email and text refers to Volt benefits which are free and added automatically

This simply means your data will be doubled on O2, you get O2 Travel Inclusive and your broadband speed is doubled by Virgin

There is nothing you need to do and nothing to worry about

All explained here
