Having received an e-mail from Puja at Customer Services yesterday in response to an e-mail that I sent, I wish to discuss the above account.
I have recently received a bill for 215.27, which came as a great shock to me, but it would appear that I have been 'caught in the trap' of Roaming charges.
I have now moved permanently to Egypt with no intention of returning to the UK and need to settle any outstanding monies owed to O2.
Having got married on the 24th June 2013, I cannot afford to pay the amount owed in one transaction. I am able to offer to pay 40.00 (forty pounds) per month in order to clear the amount owed to O2, and hope that this will be acceptable to O2.
If you are in agreement with this please inform me via e-mail and I will make the necessary arrangements with my bank. Please also note that my contact with you is limited, as I now have the added extra expense and time of using local Internet cafes, in order to do this. I will also be travelling around Egypt very soon with more limitations to Internet access and would appreciate a prompt response from O2, in order to facilitate my proposed future actions, with my bank.
I hope that we can bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion and eagerly await your response,

I'm always puzzled why people write what is in effect a letter to a company regarding their account and include their personal details, only to then post it in a public forum for the whole world to read?

I flagged the personal details as soon as I replied and in fairness the OPs details were removed straight away. Just a simple oversight.
