Unpaid Bill Need To Pay - NO Email and Site Chat Offline

Hello, 

I have a bill of about @£20 to pay. 

I am abroad.  

Please can you send me your bank details so that I can pay or something as your website isnt working propertly today and there is no email address I can find for you on the website and I dont want to call you because it will cost more than my bill.


Please advise.

@Anonymous  You can call customer service on +44 3448090202 from your mobile after 8 am UK time. The call is free.

@Anonymous this isn't customer services so no one can send you any bank details. 

The free to call number given above is your best way forward.

Try and call before 8.30am UK time to ensure you get through with minimal waiting time.

Have you tried paying through the My O2 mobile app? It often works even when the website has issues.

A direct debit would save all this hassle of course.
