Tried to change phone sim to different network but they tell me phone is locked
Tried to ask o2 to unlock it but they have already taken it of my account
Have been trying to live chat them but can’t work out how to do it

Yes submitted form they say they can’t do it as ime doesn’t match phone number as they have already taken it off my account

Makes no difference as long as you used the phone on O2 previously.

They need the IMEI of the phone you want unlocking and the number that was in use on that phone.

Do it again and you may get someone who knows what they are doing next time.

Hello, contacted O2 about unlocking my phone as I have transferred my number to vodaf. They told me it can take up to 72 hours. However still no success. What shall I do?

iPhones are usually unlocked quickly as all it takes is an email to Apple and for them to edit your phone details on the server. However, we don't know if Apple are working at full strength currently so things may be delayed.

Mine is samsung galaxy. The new sim works well in another phone. My phone worked fine in o2 network. I just want it unlocked now 😞
