Hi,

I've closed my account with you so I'm on my notice period, my number has been transferred to my new provider but my request to unlock my phone is yet to be processed, leaving me without a mobile.

Is there any way to expedite the unlock procedure please?

Kind regards

Mike

@Mike_Hudgell Normally you'd have to wait for O2 to process the unlock which shouldn't actually take too long, however, if it goes beyond 3 or 4 days, @EmilieT may be able to help get it done sooner.
