Been trying to unlock my phone now for 4 days apparently it's a known issue but keep getting different responses. Any one know how I can get this sorted and take the issue further.. Having no phone is a nightmare

Yes it's been a problem for a few weeks now. I will call @EmilieT to the thread and hopefully she will get this sorted for you
