Re: Unlocking my phone

Also if they have by some unfortunate event given you a locked phone then it is their responsibility to unlock not the network as it's not a device from them so would not have the unlock code to give you.
Kindest Regards.

Re: Unlocking my phone

If you really did buy it from CPW it isn't locked.
What message are you getting when you try another sim card?

Re: Unlocking my phone

Bit of an echo. The phone is definitely unlocked if bought from cpw. What sim card are you trying? It may be quicker using a local phone shop/market stall if it's asking for an unlock code.

Re: Unlocking my phone

@Lomaso

CPW phones are sold unlocked. Now if you are having problems withh yours, I suggest you take a trip back to your nearest CPW and ask them to sort it out.

There is obviously something wrong somewhere.

I bought a phone from CPW for my grandson. He is on EE, we tried his sim and mine (O2) in, and they both worked.  CPW are the only people who can sort this for you.

Re: Unlocking my phone

As said at the beginning. What message is displayed with a non o2 sim in it?
