Can somebody help me to unlock my phone i am coming to the end of my contract this month and unsure what i want next i have emailed 02 4 times regarding unlocking my phone and 4 times they have said that they cannot do it for reasons unknown to me is there anything else I can do i have phoned them twice and an adviser said that they would be in touch get email back saying can't do it can someone advise me what to do next

A few questions:

  1. What make and model is the phone?
  2. Did you get it directly from O2?
  3. Have you filled the form via your My O2, or by using the O2 App, or just by sending an email?
  4. Have you had any response and what was the response?

Samsung galaxy s7 bought it at carphone warehouse filled in form online i have used both keep telling me that it is not an O2 phone but cpw tell me they don't unlock phones it is my network been in touch with Samsung and they said it is my network that has to do it

Just use a different sim.

That ^^^^^^. CPW phones are sold unlocked. (with the exception of some iPhones)

Just try the card from the new network as car phone do not sell locked phones.
