I have forgotten my SIM unlock code and have one attempt left. What can I do?

You'll need your PUK to unlock it.

The Automated call line also works for PUK.

Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)

and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.

when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.

Won't be able to receive code to login to MyO2 so there was no point in me posting that option.

MyO2 App has never prompted for a code to login - just the Web view does that.

Not so for everyone.

and their app will be on their phone which they won't be able to access.

Anyway, I'm sure they were sorted 4 hours ago......
