Why are O2 being so persistently useless/unhelpful when I ask them to unlock a network locked phone for use in Africa and they do not reply, close their contact us system at very short notice (since their most recent bill) and now, I fear I will have to go through the whole rigmarole of explaining the situation all over again by text. I am not phoning some free to use within the UK phone line from the Equator! Please pass this message on to someone who will actually do something about it and respond accordingly.
