Called 202 and was informed I would receive a code within 72 hours. Of course no code received after waiting 3 weeks!
Called again 5 days ago and customer services said they will fill in a form and within 72 hours I would receive a code - surprise surprise, 5 days later, still no response either by SMS or email.
Any idea how to get any service from O2 customer “service”??
