I have received a message to say my o2 phone has been unlocked but when I try the SIM card from sky it’s says that the sim is not supported, so does this mean it’s not been unlocked?
What do I need to do to use the phone again with a sky sim. Phone is a I phone 7
Thank you

Hi @Jooles44

It doesn't sound as if it's unlocked then. Turn the phone off and back on again and see if that works. If not, Unlocking guide here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

2 thngs to try.

1 - connect to iTunes on your PC.

2 - Goto settings and tap on your name, sign out of iCloud, then sign back in again.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Jooles44 , how are you getting on with your iPhone 7? Did you end up getting it working ok in the end? It would be lovely to hear back from you! slight_smile
