I have got my unlock code and have put different sim in then it asks for sim pin which is12 digits long . When I do this it says it's incorrect can anybody help .

I can only assume it's the inconvenience of it or the fact that one might forget it but fora contact sim it's essential imho.

It's a simple safeguard that everyone should adopt. I'm surprised it isn't yet a clause in mobile phone insurance.

Good point jonsie.

As you know I'm Payg but I still use the pin to stop anyone from using my credit. Even more so for a Contract Customer.
