Unlock code

Requested unlock which was refused on the basis it is not a o2 phone when in fact it was purchased online from o2 sent copy of order to the email address supplied only to receive email stating that they have stopped email support, can't get on live chat either, get this sorted o2

Have you tried another network sim? That's the usual response for an unlocked phone.

Indeed, it may already be unlocked @Geordiephil?

Good morning @Geordiephil, it'd be great if you could let us know what you've tried so far so we can help further - our handy Community Guide outlines all the steps of the unlocking process, and as others suggested above it'd be fantastic if you could also try inserting a non-O2 SIM in your phone as it might already be unlocked 

to the forum!
