Unlinking AirTime And Device Plan

Contract started in 2023. I am over the 24 months. I wish to end my airtime contract and continue paying the device plan monthly but there are no clear instructions on O2 how to do that.

The easiest way for me as I want to keep my number is to request a PAC code. Will that cancel the airtime contract but keep the device plan going?

I don't want to end up with it cancelling the device plan as well.

Due to an operation I have had I can't ring o2 for a few weeks so I am currently stuck with messaging which doesn't seem to be working in their app

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

I think we can all guess where this is going......

Yes it could be a lot more streamlined

Sorry for the late reply, o2 emails are going into spam for some reason

That's another O2 "feature" @Jay1972211

Hi there. Did this get sorted. I've had the same issue, airtime hit 24 months, contacted o2 to cancel airtime but continue device plan, was told not possible unless I paid off device plan in full.

Awful headache stuff that seems so complicated and the agents I spoke to, two of them had no idea about the terms stated on the website that I gave them about cancelling the airtime.

If that is aimed at @Jay1972211, it needs a tag thus. 😀
