Unlimited texts only 500 more?

I recently changed my phone over from a first generation iPhone to a c905 (which has already gone in for repair twice).

Until the other day, I was still receiving my iPhone plan, which was 600 mins, 500txts and unlimited data. Now, that I'm not using data any more on my C905 I wanted unlimited txts, now I have switched my bolt on to unlimited texts, but I only get 500 more? Surely, unlimited means more than 2 x 500? Really, for £35 a month, that's a bad deal.

Can someone help me understand why I can't have more than 1000? Even on Orange 2 years ago my plan was better.

no they havent

you can no longer pay an extra £7.50 for the bolt on but can still have it free of charge with certain tariffs. £35 and upwards on and 18 month and £20 on SIMO

No, unlimited texts is unlimited.

Are you looking at your allowance online or something? More than likely you've been placed on an online tariff so will show 500 sms and double 500 sms.

It doesn't list an allowance for the unlimited texts because there isn't one.

Precisely. If you send a text you will notice your text count does not go down.

However the count is kept in place for when you go abroad, or send MMS, where it is 4 SMS to 1.
