Hi, just joined the community to ask if anyone knows how I can contact O2 customer services. As an NHS worker I’m using up a lot of my personal data in remote consultations via video with patients. Other networks have offered free unlimited data to NHS workers, with the exception of O2. My question is, when will O2 offer this? If not I’m very happy to switch networks to EE for example.

@HMK

Theres no info as to whether O2 will offer this at all.

You could try calling Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Some other numbers to try

 0800 977 73370800 587 4005 and 0800 090 1808

You could try Skype 0800 032 1402

Just so you aware if you are still in contract and want to switch networks, you will have to pay off your existing contract.

And just for your information

Vodafone - Unlimited Data for 30 days for customers flagged on their systems.
EE - 6mths but only if you have a NHS email address and only to existing customers (as per there T&C's)

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@HMK O2 are offering unlimited calls for Pay Monthly customers. Admittedly it isn't as good as video conferencing, but you'd still be able to speak to patients.

This isn’t acceptable. I also work for the NHS and have exceeded my data. Teleconferencing and Skype calls are essential in my roll. Not unlimited calls.
