I was just wondering if my unlimited texts include texts to The Isle Of Man? Thanks.

Only when texting to a UK number there as O2 class it as a part of Europe.

If you mean sending a sms to an isle of man mobile no they are charged at international rate, but if it is to a uk mobile in the iusle of man then out of included with no cost to the reciever of the sms.
