My contract is fully paid and I have been trying to get my s6 unlocked since 5 Dec. Several chats and phone calls to o2 advisors and 3 different codes have all been unsuccessful. Has anyone else had this problem and can advise. Going round in circles and not getting any results

Hi @Moo1 The time your contract was over wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference. Without scrolling back in the thread have you tried another sim in the phone to see if it's already unlocked?

Additionally.. if you are having all this trouble, it might be worth your while taking the phone to a market stall/shop and asking them to unlock the phone.

Yes I've tried the ee SIM card in but the codes they've given me won't unlock it.  Yes that's my next call but I don't know how they will have any more success
