I have been sent the unlatching code 3 times, the sane number and each time it is unsucessful.I'm an trying ti use my Libster chip in my o2 fone.

My unlatching code from o2 is unsucessful.I have been trying to sort this out 3 times via the website and 3 times they send me the same code which doesn't work.
