How do I get to ask someone about strange items on my bill during the lockdown?

Have you upgraded or changed your tariff recently?
Have you been abroad "recently"? Sometimes overseas charges land late (after you get back)...
You would need to call to ask what the adjustments are.

Well, that was helpful!! I dialled the payment support number above and got exactly the same machine message as when I dialled 202!! The only difference was that when I pressed options the machine could not detect them and kept telling me to press them again. It then said goodbye and cut me off.

I am beginning to get the feeling that this mega corporation does not care. We are simply masses of numbers to them.

I really do appreciate all the input I am receiving here. I also understand that you guys probably can't actually do anything, even if some of you may work for O2. Why would you hang around here otherwise?

I upgraded my phone in January, which meant I had a £33 adjustment (I guessed it was for that - it should be made clear on the bill!). I have not been on holiday since 1999! I wish!! I have unlimited texts and calls, so it can't be one of those. I haven't used much of my data allowance at all. Most of my internet usage is on my PC at home - very retro I know...

If only there was an email address. Or an online form I could complete. Or even better, how about a simple explanation of what the charge was for on my bill. That would have saved a lot of hassle...
