02 say I have 2 accounts and I have received an email telling me my bill is currently overdue. I only have one account and after a long live chat I am none the wiser about this other account. It's a catch 22 that I can't tell them the answer to the security question as I don't know anything about this other account. Has anyone else had the same problem? I'm not going to pay for a phone account I know nothing about!

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.
