Unidays Gradlife Discount

I’ve been trying to apply my Unidays Gradlife code at checkout while upgrading my contract. But when I try to type the code in it says “This promo code doesn’t exist” - I’ve checked T&Cs and can’t see why this wouldn’t work. 

interestingly if I use a private browser and end up on the older looking version of the site - the code works.

Can anyone help as I’d like to upgrade and get my student discount
