Hi, 

 

I am trying to apply my uni days student discount to my plan. I got the phone on the 16/04/2019 and was told by the man in the shop it would be applied from him, I have since had my first bill come out on or around the 30th April and my discount was not applied. I went into the store and the lady said I had to apply it online, he should of told me on purchase, but didnt, however I only had 28 days apprently to do it, so the lady said if I cant do it online to return to the store and she will help me due to false information when I first purchased the phone. Please can you help.
