I have upgraded to a new phone but it already has a crack in the back and the finger print lock keeps not working am I able to return it

Most unlikely with it having a crack as they will say you dropped it.

To return under the change of mind policy, the phone must be as new.

The fingerprint fault will be covered by warranty but you'd need to get the crack fixed first either by claiming on any insurance or by paying for the repair.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
