I recently contacted 02 from my handset using a number I found on the internet to tell them I was having trouble with my signal. After waiting for a considerable time and getting no one to speak to i hung up. The next day i received a txt message from 02 informing me that i had incurred charges for making this call. I dont believe I should be paying extra for attempting to report a fault. Has anyone else experienced this shocking attitude from so called customer service from 02

What number did you use, @James55? Or were you calling from outside the UK, and incurred roaming charges?
