Despite two live chats and a case raised I've had no satisfactory explanation on some entries designated "NOR" on my latest bill. There's varying amounts of data usage over a four day period with charges totalling £40,but other NOR entries on the same bill have zero charges. I've been on a Mediterranean cruise so was expecting a potentially different bill this month, but I haven't been near Norway! My husband's bill has similar entries for the same few days also totalling £40. My question is: please explain what the NOR entries are and why are some charged for and some not?

Hi @Anonymous This isn't customer services so you will need to ring them for a full explanation of a breakdown of your bill. The fact you were on a cruise will denote some high charges though. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
An explanation of how charges are incurred is in this thread https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cruise-Liners-Aircraft-Charges/td-p/1058892
