E sim.

Just ordered a new tablet to give to my son for Uni but it looks like they're giving me an E-sim. He will be using his own sim so how do I go about getting a physical one. Thanks in anticipation.

VAT bill

I have requested VAT bills from the time when 02 stopped including it in the invoice. I have made several phone calls and have been informed that these bills will be available on my account however they are not. Anyone else had same problem?
