Unexpected Issues - O2 Status

Hi,

 

Just checked the status in http://status.o2.co.uk/ and they have mentioned there is an unexpected issue that is on going at the moment.

 

'We've got some problems with our phone service right now. Some phone numbers might not be working at all. Those numbers could be anywhere in the UK or abroad.'

Sorry for the frustration and in the meantime, try resetting your phone and checking your internet settings to see if it helps. Hopefully we'll have some good updates soon

There has been some issues reported today, also, yesterday Giffgaff were reporting the same so I assume it's all connected.....

I am also experiencing problems with my connectivity..... no iMessage, no texts, no voicemail, no phone....   This has been happening intermittently over the last year with O2, getting seriously annoyed and thinking of moving....

Hi Toby,

 

I don't have any problem using my phone, I just checked the status in the site and I thought this could be the problem where many customers are saying 'No service'

An update in the Live Network Status Page. Hopefully, expecting to resolve sooner slight_smile

 

"Service is improving for customers who may have been impacted by an intermittent problem when using their mobile phone from earlier this afternoon. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience"
