I get 300 minutes to any network, I've used 120 out of 300 and I've been charged £23.00 extra in calls.
I have not phoned any suspicious numbers such as 0800 and I do not text/call radio and tv stations.
Why have I been charged so much in calls?

All the charges should be broken down and you will be able to see exactly what the charges are for. If you don't agree with the charges, call customer service free on 202.

So for some reason I have a £23 call to a mobile number that is within my minutes

Is the mobile number one issued in the channel islands or the ilse of man?

Been in a queue for about 30 minutes atm on 202
It's a regular number issues in England as is my own number, it is off peak

Are you sure you haven't used all your allowance? It doesn't update straight away and you have around 200 mminutes to that number in 2 calls?

Think I went over yeah, even so, £23 seems excessive for an hour over
I gave up on the 202 helpline because they never answer unless you put that you're cancelling you're account because obviously all they want is money
paid my money and I'm cancelling my account as soon as this month is over
