Has anyone else had there contract accepted payment been taken then their order not arrived customer care was great right up until then it’s implied it’s been delivered nobody has got back to me nor do I have my phone , I feel deceived upset and almost missold too , very upset and disappointed

It's probably out of stock as O2's stock levels aren't live

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

I have the same problem, took out a new contract on tuesday and ordered a new phone.

No phone arrived by thursday and i was able to get through to someone who stated it had been delivered to the wrong address ( if o2 ordered phone how can the delivery company get it wrong ???) now its friday 4pm and still no phone. and no matter what i try i cannot get though to anybody at all. VERY frustrating... iam seriously considering canceling my order as i can get the same phone data, ect but 24 month contract not 36 at the same price with another network.
