I was late paying my o2 bill this month however it has now been paid over a week ago and I still haven’t had my phone unblocked!! Have tried speaking with someone but just keep getting the same thing call back when you are ready to pay your bill, not helpful at all as it has already been paid just need my phone to be unblocked!! Awful customer service

You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217
As there could be a reason why it has not been unblocked, such as time overdue
