Unbilled amount

I paid 24.16 for my bill, but it said I have a unbilled amount of 65p. I paid the 65p however it keeps repeating and I have to keep paying 65p even though I’ve already paid.

It wont remove until your next bill is generated, hence it says it is unbilled. There is nothing you can do or o2 can do to remove it, as it will drop into your next bill, and show a credit of 65p (why you couldn't wait till your next bill is your prerogative).
