Live chat yes I agree is a joke and it does seem like you've been passed round the houses but if you fail the credit check that's not o2s fault unless they have tried it three times which could cause an issue

Puzzled, that you should claim bad service when it's your credit record that is the problem.

There are things you can do to improve it if you want to try.

Having one account doesn't mean you will always get another.
