So, I'm trying to contact o2 for a PAC code. There is no agent available for online chat and the queue on the phone line is in excess of 30 minutes. For a communications company that seems pretty poor communication?
There are problems which O2 are trying to fix at the moment. We're hoping for good news on this later today.
