Unacceptable wait times

So, I'm trying to contact o2 for a PAC code. There is no agent available for online chat and the queue on the phone line is in excess of 30 minutes.
For a communications company that seems pretty poor communication?

There are problems which O2 are trying to fix at the moment.
We're hoping for good news on this later today.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
