Solved: Unable to use my phone in Cyprus

I am on holiday with my Wife in Cyprus and are both sim only pay monthly 02 customers with identical accounts my phone says that all calls, texts, messages and data will be part of my pay monthly contract and hers says she will be charged for every call, text and data used while in Cyprus but don't know why ?

You need to check which network each phone is connecting to as there are differences between the north and south of the island.
