Sim card is not working and only way to order a new one is to confirm with SMS , how is that possible if its not working!!!!!

Hello, sorry to hear your having trouble, if it is convenient for yourself please pop into store with your government issued I. D (driving licence or passport), payment details (direct debit) or last bill amount and you will also need to know your security answer and your sim will be a instant replacement but can take upto 24 hours to activate.
