I have two pay monthly contracts with O2. I wish to close one and transfer the number to the other (new) contract. I normally arrange this through live chat which has disappeared from the o2 site completely. Having cycled through the help and support a dozen times I try calling 202. Just get referred back to the website. The link "speak to an adviser" opens a page suggesting I download the 02 app.
In other words, "Hello customer, sorry you have a problem. Sort it out yourself"

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
